Dava farms strive for continuous development and have created a thriving and successful business. Due to its expansion, Cleantech Civils was appointed as Main Contractor & PSCS to assist Dava Farms with the further development of their existing facilities.
Key Features of our Scope of Works
- Site set-up, including installation of welfare, storage areas and security arrangements.
- Decommissioning poultry sheds 1-3
- Removal of external gantries to the rear.
- Removal of rear wall.
- Break out rear plinth.
- Salvage all equipment.
- Building steel works including filling opes.
- Managing haulage and deliveries.
- Waste disposal.
- Installation and commissioning of new poultry equipment on 3 levels within the 3 sheds.
- Site preparation and construction of extensions and installation of staircases in the 3 sheds
- Site preparation, groundworks, construction of a new structural steel pack house, installation of equipment and finishing works.
- Construction of a material storage area located to the rear of the site along lower side of existing manure storage building.
- Construction of material storage area for salvaged materials / products along western side of the site.

Dava Farms is a busy food production facility. It is our responsibility to ensure that operations could continue without interruption. To achieve this, we implemented various mechanisms to allow business to carry on as usual. Part of this included our team accessing the site via an alternative route, allowing the farm to manage collections and deliveries from articulated lorries without disruption.
The bird welfare is a collaborative priority to ensure the success of the construction project. We could not allow our work to compromise their relaxed and calm environment. For this reason, we programmed our work to unfold over three phases, and we prepared all personnel with the relevant Biosecurity training ahead of time.
