How Cleantech Civils Added Value

The Cleantech Civils Project Manager managed all facets of the project, orchestrating coordination and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to guarantee the successful achievement of various milestones. Notably, for the bridge lift, mandatory Network Rail Supervision was required due to the site’s proximity to Network Rail’s southern boundary, with the Inverness to Aberdeen railway. Environmental considerations were paramount, leading to the development of a Site Waste and Invasive Species Management Plans. The presence of invasive plant species, including Himalayan Balsam and Giant Hogweed along the burn, necessitated meticulous environmental control measures in accordance with industry best practice and environmental regulations throughout construction works to prevent their spread.
